Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Analog. By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or purchasing products from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

General

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Products and Availability

All products are subject to availability. Inventory is updated regularly, but we cannot guarantee that an item listed as available will remain in stock at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Due to the nature of vinyl records, variations in color, packaging, and pressing details may occur and do not constitute defects.

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing, but if an error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order and issue a refund if necessary.

Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

Orders and Payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept approved payment methods as listed at checkout. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, responsibility for delivery timing lies with the carrier.

International Shipping and Customs Policy

Due to recent changes in global shipping regulations and increased tariffs, international orders may experience unexpected delays or additional processing requirements. These complications are outside of our control and may vary by country.

Please note that Analog is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or charges that may be applied to your order upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are also not able to predict or estimate these costs in advance.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept that delivery times may be longer than usual and that additional customs charges may apply. If packages are held by customs, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact their local customs office to resolve any issues.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist with filing a claim when applicable, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted on unopened, unplayed items within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated. Certain items such as used records, opened new records, special orders, and clearance items may be final sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the item is received and inspected.

Playback Equipment Disclaimer

Vinyl records are a physical, analog format and proper playback requires appropriate equipment. We cannot be responsible for playback issues, distortion, skipping, excessive surface noise, or damage to records that results from the use of low-quality or improperly calibrated turntables.

This includes, but is not limited to, all-in-one or suitcase-style turntables and turntables equipped with plastic, ceramic, or non-adjustable cartridges or styli.

Playback defects reported under these conditions do not constitute a manufacturing defect and are not eligible for return or replacement.

We strongly recommend using a properly calibrated turntable with a quality magnetic cartridge and stylus to ensure optimal playback and to avoid potential damage to your records.
