Following 2018's Singular: Act I, Sabrina Carpenter returns with the 2019 companion album, Singular: Act II. Recorded during and just after the sessions for Act I, Act II features more of the singer's romantic pop- and R&B-influenced dance music. Executive produced by Carpenter, the album again finds her working with a handful of producers including Stargate, Mike Sabath, Johan Carlsson, and others. The album features a guest spot from rapper Saweetie on the track "I Can't Stop Me." Included are the singles "Pushing 20," "Exhale," and "In My Bed."
